Although we try and put on as much information on our site as possible sometimes there is no practical place for the odd question that is often asked. So
with that in mind we have put together this FAQ. All information on the FAQ page should be viewed as a guide only, as costs and features can change at
Q. Does the hotel offer Ultra All Inclusive.
A. The Sultan Gardens is proud to have one of the best All Inclusive programs in Sharm. However, the hotel does not offer an Ultra All Inclusive program
although we do offer 2 All Inclusive upgrades called Emir Class and the Sultan Class. Both these options are payable locally and details can be found by
clicking the link.
Q. Can you keep you room if I have a late flight home.
A. If you do not wish to leave the hotel until later in the day on your check out day you are welcome to request to keep your room till later in the day.
However, due to the busy nature of the hotel this service cannot be guaranteed until the evening before check out is due. If the hotel is able to keep your
room on you will be able to do this at a cost of $50 USD this service will also allow you to keep your All Inclusive band.
Q. Does the hotel have a quiet area.
A. The Hotel has a quiet area that incorporates pool number 1 in addition to a pool bar and an outside library. Pool number 1 is one of the finest in Sharm
and we are sure you will find the area a truly relaxing experience.
Q. Can you recommend things to see and do in Sharm.
A. Depending on your interests and nature there are quite a few things to do in Sharm and speaking with your rep is one of the best things you can do in
order to get an idea on what's available during your holiday. You can also see our excursions page at the top of the page.
Q. Is the minibar stocked.
A. The minibar in your room will be stocked and is charged A La Carte. Furthermore, you are welcome to take advantage of our Minbar specials these
specials are called:- Fun Night Package, Alcohol Free Packages, Romance Mini Bar and the Oriental Package.
Q. Do all rooms have balconies or a terrace.
A. All our rooms have a balcony or a terrace at the Sultan Gardens.
Q. Can I book a villa.
A. Unfortunately Villas are not on general sale in the UK. However, they can be booked for large families that may otherwise need 3 rooms.
Q. Do all rooms have a sea view.
A. Family Rooms and Junior Suites do not have sea views. Although we do have a selection of standard rooms that have sea views with views of Tiran Island.
Q. What types of rooms does the Sultan Gardens have.
A. The hotel has 3 different types of rooms, Standard rooms, Junior Suites and 2 bedroom Family rooms.
Q. I will arrive early in the morning so can I check in early
A. Unfortunately due to the busy nature of the hotel you will be unable to check in until check in time opens at 15:00 hours although you will be able to
use your All Inclusive from 11:00 hours. We recommend booking your room from the night before if you want to check in early when you arrive.
